Paul Andrews is the Vice President of Byrd Commercial Roofing, bringing 14 years of expertise in the construction industry, with more than 5 years concentrated in commercial roofing. Before stepping into his current leadership role, Paul excelled as a project manager and estimator, successfully overseeing numerous commercial roofing projects from planning to completion. With over three years of experience leading a commercial roofing service department, he has demonstrated his ability to deliver effective solutions and exceed client expectations. His hands-on experience in managing budgets, coordinating teams, and delivering projects on time and within scope has earned him a reputation for reliability and skill across a diverse range of roofing jobs.
